 Routing Manager

About the Role 

The Candidate is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the technical environment in SMS, by creating the technical parameters, routing, monitoring the quality of delivery of the SMS being sent, and performing the necessary actions to maintain a high quality of SMS delivery. The Candidate must have the ability to identify problems and make suggestions for the development of the business and maximize the profit by choosing the proper quality routes. The desirable Candidate must be self-motivated and result-oriented, committed, and focused on targets.

You Must Have

  • University degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Several years of practical experience in the routing of SMS and A2P messaging business
  • Experience in SMS/MNP trading
  • Fluent English skills are a must-have (both written and verbal); other languages are advantageous.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build solid and trustful working relationships
  • Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
  • Team player with quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • High customer orientation and high-quality thinking
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and exact working method as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Affinity and interest in digital media such as the Internet and mobile communications
