Mobile Number Portability Account Manager

About the Role 

The Candidate will be responsible for the A2P business development of the company. Will be responsible for managing the wholesale relations with other Carriers and Aggregators. Interconnects, coverage extension, and new customer acquisition are also among duties. Manage the portfolio of accounts in the Global market under the principle of exceptional customer care.  Oriented to excellent customer support and high-quality service, supports the Sales team in generating new businesses and Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and new customers.

You Must Have

  • University degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Several years of practical experience in the routing of SMS and A2P messaging business
  • Experience in SMS/MNP trading
  • Fluent English skills is a must-have (both written and verbal); other languages are advantageous
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build solid and trustful working relationships
  • Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
  • Team player with quick comprehension and willingness to learn
  • High customer orientation and high-quality thinking
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and exact working method as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Affinity and interest in digital media such as the Internet and mobile communications
